Locations: Opebi - Lagos and Ibadan - Oyo

Reports To: Wealth Management Team Lead

Overview

• We are looking for skilled and motivated Wealth Managers to join our team in Opebi and Ibadan. 
• Ideal candidates will have a strong background in financial services and a passion for helping clients achieve both their short and long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilize substantial deposit volumes through client acquisition and retention.
• Provide expert financial and investment advisory to maximize client returns.
• Understand each client’s risk appetite to offer customized wealth management solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while continuously prospecting for new customers.
• Deliver personalized financial planning services.
• Support clients in balancing their financial goals with economic realities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required; additional financial certifications are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in wealth management, banking, or financial services.
• Strong client-facing and consultative sales experience.

Salary
N700,000 - N1,000,000 / Month.
