We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Web Developer

Location: Abuja

Responsibilities

  • Implement frontend UI/UX designs, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility across all devices and screen sizes.
  • Convert design mockups into high-quality, pixel-perfect HTML, CSS, and JavaScript implementations.
  • Enhance website accessibility by following WCAG guidelines and ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Optimize website performance by implementing efficient code structures, lazy loading, and caching strategies.
  • Implement and manage payment integrations for seamless user transactions.
  • Perform cross-browser testing to ensure consistency across different platforms and devices.
  • Stay updated with the latest web technologies, frameworks, and best practices to improve development efficiency.
  • Develop interactive and dynamic user interfaces using JavaScript frameworks such as Alpine.js, React, or Vue.js.
  • Ensure websites are SEO-optimized, implementing technical SEO best practices like structured data, meta tags, and page speed optimization.
  • Integrate light backend functionality, working with APIs and server-side technologies to support frontend development.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS with an advanced understanding of semantic markup and modern styling techniques.
  • Experience with technical SEO strategies, including site speed optimization and structured data implementation.
  • Intermediate-level expertise in payment gateway integrations and handling transactions securely.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development workflows.
  • Understanding of API interactions and light backend development for seamless frontend integration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug frontend performance issues efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong expertise in responsive design and accessibility, ensuring websites are user-friendly for all audiences.
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Alpine.js, React, Vue.js) for interactive web development.
