We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Website Content Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Develop, create, and manage engaging content that aligns with our brand strategy, and addresses the needs and interests of our multiple stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members to develop a content strategy that promotes internal and external user engagement
• Use web metrics and your knowledge of digital technology to maximise search rankings, optimise content, and analyse user engagement
• Use your outstanding editorial skills to develop and manage an editorial calendar, collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messages across all channels, and advise internal and external clients on the most effective methods for presenting content on the web
• Create certain amount of free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness
• Experience in creating various types of website and other online content such as ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, blogs etc
• Grow our subscriber base
• Adhere with the internal policies and procedures

Requirements

• BSc Degree in Computer Science or equivalent working experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Critical-thinker and problem-solver
• Team player
• 3 years of experience in managing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (Wordpress, Blog sites, SlideShare, etc.)
• 3 years of experience in building online audiences
• In-depth knowledge of the Content Optimization System
• 3 years of experience in producing smart CTAs according to visitor lifecycle stage
• Good time-management skills
• Ability to multitask

Required Skills:

• Vast Knowledge of CSS
• SEO and web traffic metrics
• UI/UX Design
• HTML and experience with popular content management systems
• Search engine optimization and Web analytics
• Web page design and layout
• Website usability and related practices
• Wordpress CMS
