The role and function of a Tax Manager includes the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Identifying tax problems and developing solutions.
  • Informing management and staff of developments in tax legislation.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Completing responses and schedules in preparation for income tax audits.
  • Monitoring developments in tax legislation.
  • Reviewing tax returns.
