Job Title: Site Engineer
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- Manage part of construction projects
- Overseeing building works
- Setting out sites and organizing facilities
- Checking technical design and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Supervising contracted staff.
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
- Liaising with subcontractors and other professional staff especially surveyors and project managers.
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
- Preparing site reports and filing in other paperwork.
Requirements/Qualification
- B.Sc/ HND in Civil Engineering with minimum of 3 years experience in similar role preferably in the real estate industry.
- Preferred sex: Male
- Age: 28-40 yrs
- Candidate must reside in Ibadan.
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Locations: Abuja & Lagos
Requirements
- Business Development Executives with at least 2 years experience are needed;
- Must be a goal-getter.
- Must be an aggressive marketer.
- Must have an experience in the real estate industry.
- Must be able to meet up with targets and deadlines.
