We are recruiting to fill the position below:       Job Title: Key Accounts Executive Location: Nigeria Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary

  • The Key Account Executive is responsible for developing and deepening trust relationships with a portfolio of existing customers and developing the pipeline of prospective clients, collaborating with various departments within the company.
  • The role will be tasked with acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements for the successful execution of the company’s go-to-market strategy for B2B for the sales of all ERS products (white products, lubricants, LPG etc.) Working closely with the Territory Lead, the role will track and improve customer lifetime value and revenue respectively.
  • He/she will also evolve the existing customer acquisition and management process by utilizing innovative core systems to improve value delivery to stakeholders. Amongst other KPIs, the role will be assessed on percentage increase in Territory’s B2B sales, percentage increase in size of customer wallet and consistent achievement of budget margins on all products sold by the organization. Holder must display and cascade core values that are consistent with the standards of the business.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Identifies leads and generates conversions to improve the Territory’s B2B customer base, revenue and margins
  • Effectively manages the sales value chain for timely order generation, product delivery and after sales service for consistent customer satisfaction
  • Ensures maximum share of mind through consistent delivery to customer expectations and by frequent visits to customer locations
Planning and Operations:
  • Ensures all activities are conducted within provided EHSSQ guidelines for business continuity
  • Ensures effective ordering and order forecasting for proper channel, trade and demand management for all customers
  • Develops tactics required to win new businesses and optimize existing ones
  • Executes C-SAR and other core systems in a manner consistent with set business objectives
Back Office and Data Management:
  • Proactively tracks, evaluates and acts on market and sector trends with a view to growing ERS’ share of mind and wallet on all product lines
  • Ensures proper account reconciliation, credit and receivable management
  • Utilizes technology and innovation to enhance KYC, consumer insight as well as rendition of business data/reporting
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable processes and policies for zero financial exposure and sustainability
  • Preparation of IPAs for profitable investment and management decisions
Requirements Education:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Social Sciences or related field.

  • To provide operational leadership and direction to the Engineering & Operations Team Members (Trainee Engineers and Technicians) at ENYO.
  • Responsible for the supervision, monitoring and site co-ordination of all engineering projects in ENYO Retail. Job entails site visits, data gathering, project designs and reviews while ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and to-specification.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Project Management:
  • Responsible for developing project scope of works, project work schedule, Bill of Quantities and materials specification.
  • Responsible for performing pre-commissioning, testing and systems commissioning activities as related to all projects.
  • Provide technical support for bids/tenders writing/preparation processes, site surveys, technical reports generation and documentation of field data on all projects.
  • Manage man-power resources under control (trainee Engineers, Technicians, instrument fitters and contracted workers).
  • To carryout field/site installations in such a manner to safeguard company personnel and equipment and to protect the assets of the company.
  • Responsible for ensuring no environmental degradation or damage as it carries out project activities.
  • To protect and boost the company’s image, credibility and reputation through professionalism and quality project delivery.
  • Follow up on all contractors to ensure delivery of supplies and services based on their purchase order and or contracts with the company.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, guidelines and regulations on project management, finance, procurement and staff matters.
Team Management:
  • Develop, mentor and coach lower cadre team members (man-power resources under control) in the Engineering and Operations Department.
EHSSQ Monitoring:
  • Participate in the day-to-day upkeep of the technical operations of the company including adherence to the security accreditation and health and safety requirements.
Requirements Education:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Registered Member of Society of Engineers (local/International) such as NSE, COREN etc.
Knowledge Requirement:
  • Strong analytic skills in an Engineering operations environment
  • Knowledge of Engineering principles and code of practice
  • Experience in field operations as per Engineer’s discipline
  • Knowledge of HSE legislation and standards, Project management
  • Engineering economics with reference to bids/contracts/projects

  • To provide operational leadership and direction to the Finance Team at ENYO. Responsible for the preparation of management accounts and reports and managing the working capital of the company.
  • Job oversees all financial transactions and ensures the control systems in place are effective and adhered to.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Financial Management & Controls:
  • Overseeing monthly processing of payroll and payments to employees.
  • Continuously review and update the company’s control and procedures manual for review and adoption by management.
  • Play an active role in assisting management in the risk assessment process and embedding a risk management culture throughout the organization.
  • Active management of overheads whilst seeking out areas for efficiencies for savings.
  • Review and ensure bank reconciliations regularly performed.
  • Review and ensure creditors reconciliations regularly performed.
  • Oversee processing of payments.
Preparation of Accounts:
  • Play a full part in providing relevant and timely balanced and objective assessment of the group’s strategy and objectives.
  • Tax
  • Preparation and submission of all tax returns for PAYE, CIT and VAT.
  • Ensure company conforms with all tax laws relevant to oil and gas sector.
  • Responsible for all journals and final GL balances including review of month end balance sheet reconciliations and control accounts.
  • Ideally high-volume transaction experience in a SAGE or similar environment.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company’s accounting records and financial systems
  • Production of statutory accounts for the company as and when required in accordance with the relevant accounting principles and the legislation of the countries in which they operate.
Team Management:
  • Effectively manage, motivate and develop the finance department.Supervise & review performance of individuals in the team
  • Implementing of a change management culture by challenging & replacing established processes and procedures where necessary.
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure the Finance department is properly supporting the needs of the operating businesses.
Relationship Management:
  • Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisers, brokers, bankers and other parties as directed by the CFO.
  • Ensure the CFO is kept informed of industry developments which are relevant to the operation of an efficient finance function.
  • Carry out any further tasks for which your qualifications & experience are suited as directed by the company
Requirements Education:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance or related field.
  • Post Graduate degree in Accounting and Auditing. ACA/ACCA preferable.
  • MBA/ Masters in Finance or CFA is an added advantage
Knowledge Requirements:
  • Knowledgeable of local tax systems.
  • High-volume transaction experience in a SAGE or similar environment
  • Knowledgeable of local tax systems.
  • Use of Accounting Software (preferably SAGE)
  • Knowledgeable in IFRS
  •  Very proficient in MS-Excel
Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance with at least 3-years in a purely finance role.
  • Experience in downstream oil and gas desirable.
