Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Calabar, Cross River 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Calabar.
• You will be responsible for driving product awareness, increasing sales, and building strong relationships with customers to support the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Execute marketing strategies to promote products and boost brand visibility
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management
• Organize and participate in promotional activities and events
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and market trends
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Good knowledge of the Calabar market and environment
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales/marketing (FMCG experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
