Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Entry-Level)
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors.
- Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure.
- Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account.
- Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered.
- Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required and labor involved.
- Prepare cost plans to enable design teams to produce practical designs for construction projects, which involve liaising with architects, engineers and subcontractors.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
Requirements
- Experience: Entry level / Fresh graduates
- Candidate must have can-do attitude.
- Minimum of a University / HND Degree in Quantity Survey or related course.

Job Title: Financial Accountant
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Oversee daily, weekly and monthly review of GL balances towards presenting accurate financial reports at all times, identify accounting errors or discrepancies and suggest necessary corrective actions
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports on or before due date and perform preliminary analysis thereon
- Supervise all financial accounting activities for the company
- Ensure financial records comply with company policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Chartered Accountant
- Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a Financial Accountant, Financial Analyst or similar role.
- B.Sc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant study
Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of accounting regulations such IFRS, CAMA etc.
- Knowledge of tax laws and other related regulatory laws such as Pension Reform Act etc.
- Excellent math skills with critical attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Deep knowledge of ERP especially Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Job Title: Cost Accountant
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Determine the costs and efficiency of company purchasing activities and business operations
- Interpret financial information regarding cost improvements for management
- Forecast and plan future purchasing costs according to fiscal needs
- Plan, study, and collect data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory consumption, production loss etc.
- Analyze changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost.
- Develop and maintain cost accounting system, documentation, procedures and processes
Required Skills
- Computer literacy, Advanced MS Excel in particular
- In-depth understanding of IFRS
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with any ERP, especially Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Required Qualification
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Cost Accountant, Cost Analyst or similar role
- Qualified Chartered Accountant is an advantage
- BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant numerate discipline
