We are recruiting to fill the position of:   Job Title: Consumer Loan Executive Location: Lagos
Job Description
  • If you have prior experience working in the banking industry and you think you’re up to the challenge of working in a fast growing FinTech startup then WE WANT YOU!
  • So, we need a ‘super-hero’ Consumer Loan Executive who can improve our organisation's market position and achieve financial growth.
We Need You To
  • Manage the entire Kwaba sales cycle from start to finish
  • Hitting agreed sales KPIs
  • Generate and develope a pipeline of new / existing sales leads
  • Develop strategies to upsell and cross sell additional Kwaba products & services
  • Maintaining up to date records of client interactions via our CRM
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
  • Research, outreach and partner with organisations and individuals to provide Kwaba as a service.
  • Strengthen customer relationships while attracting new ones.
  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the CEO to achieve revenue goals.
  • Set up and oversee our consumer lending team.
Salary N100,000 - 150,000 (Based on experience) + Generous commission package + equity option
