Call Center Executive Duties & Responsibilities

The role and function of a Call Center Executive includes the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Will sometimes have to conduct high-level sales calls
  • Create and Implement Call Center Scripts
  • Hire and Train Call Center Employees
  • Resolve Escalated Customer Complaints
  • Facilitate efficient communication between departments.
