Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and contribute to our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Reconcile bank statements and oversee cash flow management.
• Assist in audits and collaborate with external auditors.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
