Job Title: Accounts Clerk

Location: Aba, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Clerk to join our team at the Vitafoam Aba Factory.
• The successful candidate will provide vital support to the finance department in handling daily accounting and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately
• Support inventory and petty cash management
• Handle bank deposit processes and other assigned finance duties
• Assist in the preparation of reports, invoices, and payment schedules
• Maintain proper filing of receipts, vouchers, and other documents

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: OND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (Strictly OND)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well with minimal supervision
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Aba, Abia State.
