Job Title: Accounts Officer
Location: Sango Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Financial records: Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Invoices: Create and process invoices, and cross-check them with payments and expenses
• Accounts payable and receivable: Manage a company's accounts payable and receivable
• Bills and invoices: Send bills and invoices to clients
• Communication: Communicate with clients regarding billing and payments
• Financial statements: Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial statements
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other professionals to ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal laws
• Expenses: Track organization expenses
• Refunds: Process refunds
• Collection agencies: Work with collection agencies on overdue payments

• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in accounting principles, software, and procedures
• Excellent communication skills

Added Advantage: 

• Candidate must stay around 10km Radius of Sango Ota and Environs, Knowledge of ERP, TALLY and other accounting softwares will be an added advantage.
