The company was set up with the aim of being a Human Resource management service provider that partners with clients to bring about a value adding and lasting difference within the receiving organisation. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Accounts Officer Location: Lagos Job Description

• Issuance of receipts to clients, contractors etc
• Management of petty cash
• Writing letters to clients & contractors on outstanding payments
• Reconciliation of differences in accounts where  necessary
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Supply of data and information for the preparation of weekly/monthly reports
• Collection and disbursement of various cash expenses to staff
• Registration and disbursement of cheques to clients and vendors
• Maintenance of company Asset Register
• Reconciliation of  clients accounts with payment made

Qualifications

• HND or degree in Accounting only
• Experience: Fresh Graduate no experience required
