Job Title: Admin / HR Intern

Location: Lagos

The Role

• We’re seeking a driven, reliable, and detail-oriented Admin / HR Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our Admin and Human Resources team.
• This role offers hands-on experience in core HR and administrative functions, providing valuable exposure to organizational processes and people management.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, documentation and inventory management
• Offering administrative assistance to HR as needed on day-to-day operations and special projects
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for staff, volunteers, and contract personnel
• Help organize and coordinate training sessions, team events, and workshops
• All other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Stage

• A Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing interactions
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is key.
• Professional, dependable, and eager to contribute to team success
• Exceptional organizational abilities including multitasking and time management
