We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Production Manager
Location: Sango- Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• To lead production operations of cast, aluminum ingot, UBC and other non-ferrous metal
• Be able to control production process, sorters and furnace workers
• Report all issues of production to the production manager
• Manage the work in shifts of day and night weekly as directed
• Perform all necessary production tasks that may be added daily.
• Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Consult new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
• Take proper record of the production activities from raw materials to the finished goods
• Take every record on all consumables and ensure safety compliance
• Notice and cross check workers on attendance of staff and contract workers
• Ensure quality and quick operations of each heat/shift work

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience: must have at least 5+ years’ experience in metal recycling and production of cast, aluminum, iron, UBC and other non-ferrous metal.
• Strong organizational and managerial skills

Salary
N400,000 / month. Negotiable.
