Audit Executive at Konga Nigeria

As part of our business expansion strategy, we are currently seeking for talented, smart and energetic individuals with strong passion for the ecommerce space to join our Konga Logistics Team in the position below:

Job Title: Audit Executive

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Reports to: Head of Audit and Compliance

Role Summary

• Daily Revenue Assurance for South east (Cash /Transfer using CET log /POS transactions/Kongapay/ Walk-in )
• Periodic review of partners and vendors contact agreement
• Checks on vendors/partners onboarding documents
• Reconciliation of offline shipment transactions.
• Process Franchise partners payout fortnightly.
• Monthly review of cooperate client wallet/confirmation of wallet funding
• Weekly Independent check on revenue assurance across regions
• Collation of monthly report
• Weekly receivables check (tracing of payments from revenue account to invoices on D365)
• Periodic stock count
• Other audit job function that comes from time to time

Requirements and Skills

• Must be a graduate of Accounting or any related discipline.
• 1 -3 years’ experience in Accounting/ Audit  / related fields
• Good team player and have interpersonal skill.
• Result oriented
• Experience in E-commerce and logistics business(Added advantage).
• Knowledge of Microsoft excel.
• Excellent in data analysis and organizing skills
• Ability to multi-task and keep accurate record of business transactions for different clients
• Problem-solving abilities
