• We look forward to hire a competent and intelligent Sales and Customer Care Representative who will be able to achieve the company’s targets on sales of products and service at a specified period of time

Responsibilities

• Organise and plan daily work schedule
• Study sales outlets and adjust content of sale representation
• Study potential volume of dealers and focus on sales effort
• Attend educational workshop and other professional activities for self-development
• Give up-to-date records on customer inquiries and sales
• Establish and sustain relationship with new and regular clients.
• Contribute to team office for the achievement of organizational goals
• Productive negotiation and resourcefully attending to the complains of clients.
• Ensure up-to-date report on sales and financial data
• Source updates on newly introduced products, deliver schedules, pricing, and merchandising
• Investigate problems, report, provide solutions and refer to the management for final resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Sales and Customer Care Representative
• Proficiency in English Language
• Excellent communication skill
• Dresses smart and presentable
• Must be willing to relocate
• Educational qualification: OND
• Excellent mastery of Microsoft Office
• Detailed understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
• Self-Motivating and Result Oriented
