Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as Branch manager for PET branch, overseeing our PET recycling company.
The successful candidate will drive business growth, ensure operational efficiency, and champion sustainability initiatives within the PET branch.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement group-wide strategies, aligning with industry trends and market opportunities.
Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality across facilities.
Financial Management: Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and ensure profitability across the group.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, investors, regulators, and partners.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators, driving data-driven decision-making.
Representation: Serve as the group’s public face, representing the organization in industry forums and media.
Sustainability and Compliance: Champion environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and regulatory compliance.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
Innovation and Technology: Foster innovation, adopt new technologies, and enhance processes.
Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior leadership role in the recycling industry - Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and promoting sustainability
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to travel internationally (up to 30% of the time)

Preferred Qualifications:

Salary
N210,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
