However, to leverage the emerging opportunities in the commercial and consumer end of financial services in Nigeria, in 1999, it converted to commercial banking and changed its name to Fidelity Bank Plc. Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Branch Manager and Relationship Manager at Fidelity Bank PLC.
• The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing branch staff, and achieving branch targets.
• The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, providing financial solutions to clients, and ensuring the growth of the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing branch operations and leading a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in commercial banking or financial services is a plus.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships
• Knowledge of providing financial solutions and client portfolio management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
