Kenechukwu Microfinance Bank (Nig.) Limited came into be as an actualized dream of our Bishop Emeritus, Most Rev. F.E.O. Okobo whose barton of leadership to oversee the activities of the Bank was handed over to Nnanyi Bishop, Most Rev. Prof. Godfrey Igwebuike Onah in 2013. The Bank was incorporated in Nigeria as a Private Limited Liability Company on 25th May 2007 with the Registration No. 000017 to operate as a Unit Microfinance Bank.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Branding Officer

Location: Enugu

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the bank’s vision, values, and goals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, social media, and customer communications.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, and operations teams to ensure strong brand presence across all platforms.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and competitive.
• Design and oversee the creation of promotional materials, including flyers, digital assets, signage, and branded merchandise.
• Support internal branding initiatives

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
• 3 – 5 years of branding, marketing, or design experience (experience in the financial or fintech sector is an advantage).
• A keen eye for visual details, layout, and brand tone.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
