Cherem Insurance Brokers Limited (CIBL) is a firm of insurance brokers headquartered in Lagos with branch office at Abuja, duly incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and licensed by the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) to carry out business of Insurance Brokerage in Nigeria.

Job Description

• We are seeking to hire a Business Development Executive Officer who will be responsible for developing a business plan and implementing effective proven marketing standard to drive sales and achieve the company's goal.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and ensure the implementation of an effective marketing and sales plan for the organisation
• Drive and co-ordinate all marketing activities
• Grow and sustain market share of the organisation

Requirements

• Bachelor;s Degree in any discipline with a minimum grade of second class lower or a Higher national diploma (HND) with a grade of lower credit minimum.
• Excellent in selling and customer relationship skills
• Must be a self-driven and a team player
• At least 5 years work experience in an insurance brokerage firm, in a market facing role
• Must be resident in Lagos metropolis
