Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Working hours: 8 am to 5:30 pm

Job Description

In line with what Novateur stands for, we are expanding and so is our heart for the community. This is why we are looking for a Business Development Executive who will run with our new community development initiative and build our Non-Governmental Organisation. you will be working with a brilliant team on this project so it is an opportunity to rub minds with talented individuals.
  • The ideal candidate for this role should be a goal-focused, organised, individual with strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
  • You should be a good timekeeper, and a creative person who is able to use his/her own initiative, think on the spot and come up with ways to solve problems, therefore you should enjoy finding a solution to challenges. You should be able to take instructions and also have the ability to work unsupervised. The ability to effectively lead and manage a team would be ideal.
  • The business is looking for someone who can take up responsibility and tell the senior managers what to do rather than wait to be told what to do. If you are an intelligent, hardworking, ambitious graduate seeking to join a company where you can learn, and grow whilst adding value, then this role is for you.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop new ideas in line with the initiative
  • Maintain good relationships with other NGOs and company stakeholders
  • Build and manage social media presence
  • Develop relevant content and manage web presence
  • Manage and execute NGO projects
  • Develop methods of reaching out to the general public and how best to execute projects
  • Seek funding opportunities both nationally and internationally
  • Efficiently liaise with relevant government authorities
  • Contribute massively towards the growth of the NGO
  • All other duties of a Business Development Executive not listed above and as required by the company.

Requirement

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N45,000 - N60,000 / Month.
  • Negotiable based on experience
