Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Professional certification is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of successful business development and sales
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• Knowledge of financial and investment products and services
• 2 to 3 years of financial service experience and as a business development manager
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
