Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We’re looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and strategic partnerships within the healthcare and corporate wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities across industries.
  • Manage client relationships, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Develop and present customized proposals to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or service-based industries is an advantage.
  • 6–10 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Proven success in driving revenue and managing key accounts.

Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 / Month.
