Role Overview

• As a Cabin Crew Member (CCM II), you will be responsible for maintaining passenger safety, security, and comfort.
• You will provide excellent customer service, adhere to aviation safety regulations, and contribute to an efficient cabin environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure passenger compliance.
• Serve meals, beverages, and amenities with professionalism.
• Handle passenger inquiries and address concerns.
• Monitor cabin safety and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist passengers with their needs.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria

• Class 2 Medical Certificate from a certified aviation examiner.
• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• No visible tattoos, piercings, or dental braces.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cabin Crew Member.
• Valid NCAA Cabin Crew License.
