A Telecommunication Call Centre based in Lagos, PH and Abuja is looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Call Centre Officer
Locations: Abuja & Lagos

Job Details

• Applicants must be smart university graduates (male and female) with sharp mind and good diction in English and Hausa.

Responsibilities

• Attending to customers over the phone.
• Escalating customer' queries to appropriate units for prompt resolution.
• Capturing customers' details on the system.
• Providing information and resolving customers' issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelors Degree in any field.
• Must have completed the National Youth Service corps Programme.
• Must be computer literate.

Requirements:

• Not more than 30 years of age.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be fluent in Hausa.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and attitude.
