Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
• Provide financial insights to inform business decisions.

Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies.

Financial Performance:

• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics.
• Provide recommendations for improvement.

Financial Planning:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, banking laws, and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in banking, with at least 5 years as a General Manager in a commercial bank.

Nice to Have:

• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA,ICAN).
• Experience with financial management systems and tools.
