CAMRIS International, a member of PGRDG, seeks a qualified Chief of
Party (COP) candidate for an anticipated multi-year USAID funded
contract that will provide monitoring and evaluation (M&E) services
to USAID’s activities and projects related to the U.S. President’s
Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) in Nigeria. PEPFAR is the U.S.
Government initiative to help save the lives of those suffering from
HIV/AIDS around the world.
The purpose of the contract is to provide M&E and learning
support services to generate evidence that will guide ongoing and future
USAID and OGAC/PEPFAR investments in Nigeria. The intention is to
enhance the monitoring, evaluation, and learning capability of PEPFAR
projects and programs and to ensure empirical evidence for programming,
learning and adapting.
The ideal COP candidate will possess deep M&E expertise in the
HIV/AIDS field, have prior COP or senior management experience, and be
well versed in both PEPFAR and USAID’s M&E systems and standards of
practice. The COP must be well versed in PEPFAR’s evolution from
inception to its current iteration, Phase III. The COP must be familiar
with the Nigerian PEPFAR context.
