Job Title: Community Associate Location: Port Harcourt (Candidates MUST Reside in this Location) Contract: 1 Year Contract Basis

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the customers in your community are happy
Be responsible for resolving or escalating customer queries or issues
Ensure your centre is always up to standard every day

Qualifications

Graduate - BA / B.Sc / HND
Friendly & Customer-centric
Self Starter
Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service
Excellent communication skills
