Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Community Health Worker (Data Entry) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering patient and prescription data, supporting healthcare delivery through reliable data management, and ensuring proper record-keeping using pharmacy software.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update patient information and prescription details into our health records system.
• Assist pharmacists and healthcare professionals with patient documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards.
• Read and interpret medical prescriptions and transcribe them correctly.
• Use pharmacy and healthcare data software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Support other administrative tasks as required within the healthcare unit.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE/OND qualification. Additional healthcare-related training is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
• Ability to read and understand medical prescriptions.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy software (e.g., HealthTrackRx, Liberty, or similar systems).

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month
