We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Manager, Travel Desk Location: Lagos Role & Responsibilities

Management of Travel agency.
Managing budgets and maintaining statistical and financial records;
Selling travel products and tour packages;
Meeting regularly with company directors to provide feedback on branch and staff performance; and to take direction.
Ordering sales literature, stationery and disposables to ensure the efficient running of the branch.
Sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism.
Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet expectations;
Overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business.
Managing travel website and connected IT assets with help of IT team.
Liaising with travel partners, tour operators and hotels, to manage bookings, schedules and promotions.
Overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the branch.
Helping to promote and market the business, including sometimes away from the branch location.
Cash handling, key holding, data entry and retrieval, managing budgets, maintaining records and producing financial reports.
Ensuring that staff adhere to financial report and operational procedures and that any training needs are identified and addressed.
Managing and motivating staff to meet targets, thus ensuring profitability for the company.
