We are recruiting to fill the position below:   Job Title: Nurse Location: Lagos Department: Assist Reporting To: COO
Overall Purpose of the Job
  • To plan and provide medical and nursing care to patients in a medical clinic, at home, in an ambulance, or in other settings who are suffering from emergent or chronic illness and/or injury.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Able to multitask and work with other healthcare staff to deliver primary medical care in a persons’ home, and remotely via telemedicine.
  • React effectively in emergency and non-emergency scenarios, demonstrating sound decision-making to benefit health
  • To act as a resuscitation lead or team member for seriously injured patients while they are in an ambulance and/or clinic
  • To perform minor surgical procedures.
  • To administer medical first aid and Basic Life Support to patients.
  • Triage and identify medical illness and/or injury
  • Promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patients, friends, and family to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills; answering questions.
  • Assures quality of care by adhering to medical protocols; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital and nursing division's philosophies and standards of care set by state board of nursing, state nurse practice act, and other governing agency regulations.
  • Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; calling for assistance from health care support personnel.
  • Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
  • Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
  • Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Maintains nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information; responding to requests; building rapport; participating in team problem-solving methods.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Observation and maintaining records of vital signs and level of consciousness
  • To assess and treat new patients.
  • Display expert clinical skills in managing the critical care of all categories of patients.
  • Document medical history.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and initiatives to advance standards of care excellence, improve patient outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Responsibility of patient care may be in a clinical, home, or ambulance environment
  • To provide care in line with the telemedicine protocols.
  • To participate in concierge home services.

Job Title: Medical Officer - Concierge Location: Lagos Department: Assist Reporting To: COO
Overall Purpose of the Job
  • Provision of comprehensive primary care medical services to patients in a clinical, virtual (telemedicine) and home environment.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Able to multitask and work with other healthcare staff to deliver primary medical care in a persons’ home, in our clinic or remotely via telemedicine.
  • Thoroughly evaluate, examine, review systems, and discuss present and past medical history, and order and review investigations to determine a diagnosis and treatment plan.
  • Refer patients to specialist consultants or diagnostics as needed through our Network of Hospitals and Physicians
  • Ensures that history, examination, laboratory investigations and provisional diagnosis are written on case sheet
  • Coordinating an individual’s rehabilitation process and participating where appropriate in providing recovery orientated services to restore normal functioning;
  • Establishing links with a range of secondary health care providers and developing initiatives to enable patients access coordinated care that meets their needs
  • Provide patient management in accordance with medical protocols and procedures
  • All patient consultations must be accurately recorded in the clinical patient e-records within 24 hours of seeing the patient
  • Submits daily reports and ensures data is accurate.
  • Carries out other relevant duties as may be required my management.
  • Comply with organization’s standard operating procedure.

Requirements
  • Applicants must be technology savvy.
  • He / She must demonstrate the highest level of communication skills and professional etiquette in interacting with patients.
  • Have a passion for Patient-centered care.
  • Be able to carry out clinic consultations, telemedicine and concierge home services.
  • Able to use an Electronic Medical Record to ensure good patient records and analysis of treatments.
  • Medical Doctor degree from any accredited medical school
  • Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience in medical practice.
  • Prior experience in Telemedicine Consultation is an advantage.
  • Currently licensed by the Board of Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria to practice medicine in Nigeria.
Job Title: Operations Officer Location: Lagos Reporting To: COO/CMA
Overall Purpose of the Job
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support business needs.
  • The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields especially in the start-up industry and working with small corporations.
Roles& Responsibilities
  • Build alliances and partnership with other organizations
  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
  • Manage the daily functions of the business chiefly, the digital health platform
  • Spearhead various marketing campaigns to advertise and expand business reach
  • Chase up leads and promote business goals and interests
  • Regularly review productivity and make recommendations as needed
  • Assist in establishing business development objectives and market the digital health platform to clients, collaborators and other relevant stakeholders
  • Schedule and train staff to meet operational requirements
  • Implement digital health policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and ethics
  • Keep track of telehealth software and updates, equipment and devices and manage inventory
  • Liaise with appropriate units regarding ancillary telemedicine services, equipment and supplies
  • Ensure patient records are current and accurate
  • Maintaining confidentiality and impartiality while executing tasks
  • Liaising with the IT department and clinic staff for the development of new tech products
  • Using IT skills for work, such as maintaining patients' records using specific packages
  • Keeping up to date with medical developments, new drugs, treatments and medications
  • Liaising with IT in troubleshooting tech
  • Supervise patient scheduling on our digital health platform
  • Oversee registration of patients on the digital health platform
  • Telemedicine coordination, SOP monitoring and monthly reporting.
  • Communicate with patients regarding inquiries and complaints
  • Ensure patient satisfaction
  • Submits weekly progress reports and ensures data is accurate.
  • Carries out other duties as may be required my management
