Job Title: Lead, Digital Services SME
Location: Nigeria
Purpose of the Job
- The Digital Services SME will be responsible for maintaining and supporting all Digital Services applications, tools and utilities to support Airtel Nigeria IT Services.
- This is an expert role with the responsibility for maintaining close collaboration with HQ-IT Mobile and Web Appications Lead to ensure Airtel Nigeria is delivering business results expected on Digital Services domain.
- The Digital Services SME will be reporting to Business Systems Lead, Airtel Nigeria
Skills and Qualifications
- M.Sc / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis or a related study.
- 5-7 years of work experience on Digital Services design and delivery.
- Experience in AI, Chatbots, Analytics.
- Certifications on Agile Methodology and ITIL is desirable.
- Experience working in multi-vendor managed service IT operating model.
- Experiencing in redesigning and simplifying the products, services and processes.

Job Title: Airtel Money & Enterprise Business Accountant
Location: Nigeria
Purpose of the Job
- To ensure accurate transaction processing and compliance of processes, procedures and controls to an acceptable standard in conformity with all applicable accounting policies including Company and Group policy, IAS, IFRS, Nigerian Accounting Standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- A University Degree in Finance / Economics or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA)
- Sound Financial Accounting knowledge and reporting skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of industry track record mostly gained in FMCG, Communication & Telecom
- Strong customer - centric skills
- Strong Analytical skills & MS Excel proficiency.
Job Title: Lead, Customer Service Application SME
Location: Nigeria
Purpose of the Job
- The Customer Service Application SME will be responsible for maintaining and supporting all Customer Service Application applications, tools and utilities to support Airtel Nigeria IT Services.
- This is an expert role with the responsibility for maintaining close collaboration with HQ-IT Customer Service Application Lead to ensure Airtel Nigeria is delivering business results expected on Customer Service Application domain.
Skills and Qualifications
- M.Sc / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis or a related study
- 5-7 years of work experience on Customer Service domain’s Application design and delivery.
- Experience working in multi-vendor managed service IT operating model.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering project on relevant domain.
- Experiencing in redesigning and simplifying the products, services and processes.
Job Title: Commercial Projects Manager: CX & S & D
Location: Lagos
Purpose of the Job
- This role within our IT directorate will be responsible for aligning business strategic plans with the enterprise architecture in order to provide advisory services and solutions for various projects.
- Blend of business and technical proficiency is a must to ensure that programs and projects are delivered at the highest level and in line with business expectation.
- Individual should be equipped enough to create blue prints of solutions, implementation road map, enterprise solutions planning and design, and deployment of best practice skillset (Platform, Technology and People) to attain any program or project successes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science / Engineering / Applied Sciences
- IT certifications / PMP (desirable)
- Master's in Business Administration would be preferred additional qualification dependent on experience
- 8 years IT experience
- 8 years related experience in designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions.
- 6-8 years OSS / BSS experience
- 5 years project management experience to 10 years
- Telecom experience of BSS, CCT, IN’s, SMSC’s, GPRS, CCN, 3G and Rating solutions
- Should have worked in multi-vendor networks and have good knowledge of different standards.
- Good understanding of Network / IP protocols
- Understanding of IT systems and Applications like Billing, CRM, ERP, Sales Systems etc.
