• Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective verbal, listening and communications skills.

 

 

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Awka, Anambra

Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Accountant.
• Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) will be an added advantage.

 

 

Job Title: Office Manager

Location: Awka, Anambra

Qualifications and Requirements

• First Degree from a reputable higher institution.
• Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on administrative experience Strong Microsoft Office applications skills.
• Excellent organizational, management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.

 

 

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Awka, Anambra

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of Degree level in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field plus a minimum 5 years cognate experience.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Sales / Marketing will be a distinct advantage (MBA preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and natural leadership traits.
• A seasoned professional in sales and marketing of real estate.

 

 

Job Title: Publicity Manager

Location: Awka, Anambra

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, English, Communications or Marketing with a PR or Advertising concentration or any other related field.
• Possession of NIPRICIPR /APR certification is an added advantage.
• 5 - 10 years of experience in a similar senior position
• Should be versed with New Media usage.

 

 

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Awka, Anambra

Qualifications and Requirements

• 4 or 5 years B.Sc Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Masters degree will be an advantage.
• COREN orARCON certified.
• 3-5 years Project Management experience.
• Experience IN Business Management.
• Real estate industry experience is an added advantage.
