Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Brief

• We are looking for an innovative Civil Engineer to design, develop and construct a huge range of projects of the physically and naturally built environment from conception through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
• Manage budget and purchase equipment / materials
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

Requirements

• Proven 3 years working experience in civil engineering
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD,Civil 3D or similar
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
• Project management and supervision skills
• Must be creative and must be able to do architectural designs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• License of professional engineer
• BS / MA in Civil Engineering.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

N70,000 - N100,000 / month.

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Engineer to be responsible for the evaluation and design of building projects.
• The Architectural Engineer is responsible for working with internal departments and external parties on building and design projects, ensuring the structural and functional integrity of building structures and systems and identifying and solving design flaws.
• A successful Architectural Engineer is meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team.
• You should be analytical, have excellent time management skills, and the ability to find effective solutions to fit with the project’s timeline, budget, and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Designing, analyzing, and altering plans, prototypes, or structures.
• Ensuring building plans, prototypes, and structures are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
• Assisting team members with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Establishing project goals.
• Identifying and solving problems in building plans, prototypes, and structures.
• Ensuring building systems are functional, reliable, and safe.
• Participating in site visits.
• Testing and evaluating building systems to find problems and improvements.
• Reading, interpreting, and explaining complex technical documents.
• Consulting with clients on building projects.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architectural Engineering.
• A Professional Engineering license.
• Current knowledge of industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations.
• Must have experience on building and construction
• The ability to diagram designs both manually and with computer-aided drafting.
• Good team working and communication skills.
• Good time management skills.
• An excellent working knowledge of science, mathematics, and engineering principles.
• Strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills.
• 4 - 6 years Experience.
