Job Title: Maintenance Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance and repair of production equipment.
  • Planning and implementation of 5s
  • To frequently liaise with maintenance manager on maintenance and repair activities of production floor.
  • To continuously improve the performance of all machine and equipment.
  • Ensure the quality of spares and specification of fabricated part by the vendors.
  • To plan for spare parts requirement to prevent delay in production process due to spare part requirement.
  • To continuously carry out routine check on all machine and to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • To allocate work that matches the skill level of the technician to prevent reoccurrence of such and achieve less machines breakdown for maximum production.
  • To ensure proper tools are provided to the staff for working, proper control and safekeeping of the tools.
  • Adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
  • To strictly adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • To plan for the various maintenance schedule base on anticipated planned maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with 4 - 7 years work experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 monthly.

 

 

Job Title: Customer Relation Officer

Job Title: Network Administrator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Manage installation and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Provide CCTV, CCTV applications, Cameras and support.
  • Work with the CCTV 3rd party vendors on installations and support.
  • Replace relevant hardware systems parts as required and maintain optimal level of satisfaction for computer system users and identify users’ issues and recommend appropriate resolution.
  • Install and manage hardware on computer systems while providing required upgrades, change orders and technical expertise for associated processes – covering OS patching/Upgrade and Software licensing installation/upgrade
  • Assist IT Team on technical operations while ensuring effective compliance to department/organization policies and guidelines.
  • Liaise with helpdesk operations in managing hardware systems according to user requirements.
  • Prepare reports for all repair activities and prepare required equipment proposals including HW request
  • Carry out routine and effective preventive maintenance on hardware systems.
  • Monitor incident compliance within SLA and resolution of all escalated tickets
  • End-User training on desktop/laptop use including team capability building
  • Test and evaluate new technology
  • Monitor, Troubleshoot & administer Biometric Machine within the organization

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 5 years experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month.

Job Title: Systems Administrator

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Manage installation and configurations of computer hardware operating systems and applications.

  • Provide system support in configuring new users’ domain and email accounts, login password resets and resolve other users’ complaints and Manage system backups and restoration of users’ data.
  • Assist Engineers in technical operations while ensuring effective compliance to department/organization policies and guidelines.
  • Liaise with helpdesk operations in managing hardware systems according to user requirements.
  • Prepare reports for all repair activities and prepare required equipment proposals including HW request.
  • Ensure data protection/security through effective use of files and folders security, firewalls, and updated anti-virus/anti-spyware applications.
  • Carry out routine and effective preventive maintenance on hardware systems.
  • Monitor incident compliance within SLA and resolution of all escalated tickets.
  • End-User training on desktop/laptop use including team capability building.
  • Test and evaluate new technology.

Salary
NGN150,000 Monthly.
