Responsibilities

• Manage customer requests and complaints via phone, emails.
• Notify clients about service updates.
• Give customer service recommendations to company's executive.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Customer care officer
• Effective communication and rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
• Must have completed NYSC program.
