We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• We are looking for experienced Customer service personnel with Technical support
• Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or support role is often preferred, although some entry-level positions are available.
• Manage our Customer Support Channels.
• Act as Goto Person between customers and the company regarding After Sales Service (Sales and Technical).
• experience with Email communication, customer relation software
• Develop and sustain customer loyalty.
• Work with various Team Leads to address customer issues.
• Follow up on customers' inquiries and issue resolution.
• Follow up and improve onboarding process on customer projects
• Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with computer systems, CRM software, and other tools necessary for customer support.

Qualification, Skills & Experience

• B.Sc / HND in any discipline from a recognized institution
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be an expert in IT especially excel
• Must be able to deal with multinational organizations
• Must be able to draft proposals for multinational organizations
• Must Reside in Lagos.

Salary
N540,000 / Annum
