Description

• If you’ve got 1 – 2 years’ experience in Telecommunications/ISP customer service, a graduate Degree (Science preferred), and you’re NYSC certified, then this is your moment.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing (Your Daily Impact):

• Be the front-line hero handling inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp always with a courteous, professional tone.
• Collaborate like a pro with sales, technical, and operations teams to fix complex issues fast.
• Track, report, and improve – because great service is a team sport, and numbers tell the story.
• Turn problems into praise by resolving complaints and following up until every ticket is closed and every customer feels valued.
• Stay in the know about products, promotions, and policies – because information is power.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For (Your Superpowers)

• You know your way around Internet Leased Lines, Broadband, IoT, and Smart Solutions (or can learn fast!).
• Critical thinker, quick problem-solver, and always customer-focused.
• Team player with integrity, resilience, and the ability to keep cool when the heat is on.
• You’re an excellent communicator – spoken, written, and everything in between.
