Job Title: Customer Service Intern

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Internship

Responsibilities

• Host webinars
• Design flyers for events
• Host informative sections
• Attend to prospects’ inquiries
• Have a good knowledge of the school to be able to give accurate information regarding the the school products and services
• Participate in organising both local and international study tours and business meetings
• Help in gathering and organising students’ academic and travel documents
• Manage office facilities and work tools
• Call and email students and prospects for various events.
