Customer Service Intern in a Dry Cleaning and Laundry Company

Busy Mind Consult - Our client, a service provider in the Dry Cleaning and Laundry Industry with an exponential growth plan is seeking to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Intern

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Internship

Responsibilities
The Intern would support in the following task:

• Interact with customers when they bring in their items to be cleaned (by acting according to guidelines set out by the company) and to make customers feel welcome and comfortable
• Assist in the railing of garments and bringing it out for customers.
• Must keep a record of all garments served out to customers and also records details of garments not ready for follow up.
• Records the details of Customers who have misplaced their tickets in the missing tickets book.
• Follow instructions
• Maintain a positive attitude amidst customers provocation.
• Take customer’s complaints and seek proactive ways to resolve their problems, proffering solutions
• Receive customer’s clothing or other goods to be cleaned, sorted, checked and booked such on the system
• Ensure customers garments are well tagged to avoid mismerge.
• Support in resolving customer complaints.
• Receive money from customers

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Social Sciences / Business Administration
• Experience: Minimum of oneyear experience in a similar role.

Allowance

• NGN30,000 monthly.
