Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The job holder will work with the Asset Management Operations team in executing clients mandate and ensuring good customer service.

Job Description

• Attending to clients both walk-in and virtual
• Executing clients mandates
• Opening account for customers
• Ensuring good customer service.

Job Requirements

• First Degree in any field
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills.
• Experience working in a financial services firm as a Customer service officer
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
