Comestibles is a digital food supply chain platform that satisfies the timely need for food by people, ensuring that people never run out of food or consume a lot of time trying to source food. We help consumers automate their food purchases using our digital food marketplace that connects food consumers to chefs, restaurants, and farmers, together with our scheduling system. Our vision is to enable quick and easy access to food across Africa and create a more organized and accessible market system.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Abuja (FCT) / Lagos / Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Remote

Job Description

• Providing introductory information to new customers.
• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services.
• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions.
• Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service.
• Compiling company FAQs
• Acquiring and managing feedback, following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases.
• Letting customers or clients know about additional products and/or services.

Requirements

• OND, HND, B.Sc Degrees or equivalent.
• Fluent in the English Language.
• Attentiveness, patience and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and Manage Time efficiently.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Customer Service Representative or related position.
• Ability to analyze problems and bring up better solutions.
• Multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily.
