GUO Logistics Limited is a division of G. U. Okeke & Sons Limited, a household name in the transportation industry and one of the largest providers of intercity and interstate transportation, serving more than 200 destinations across Nigeria and West Africa with a modern, environmentally friendly fleet.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 



Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Male)
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Role / Responsibilities

  • Process customer requests, collections and keep updated customer records
  • Escalate all exceptions for resolution
  • Manage and track items sent on daily basis
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelors' Degree / HND
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Applicants should reside around Lekki-Ajah Axis
  • Male applicants only (for gender balance).
  • 0-2 years relevant experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
