Customer Service Representative at GUO Logistics Limited

GUO Logistics Limited is a division of G. U. Okeke & Sons Limited, a household name in the transportation/logistics industry and one of the largest providers of intercity and interstate transportation, serving more than 200 destinations across Nigeria and West Africa with a modern, environmentally friendly fleet.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Male)

Locations: Onitsha & Nnewi - Anambra, Port Harcourt - Rivers, Umuahia - Abia & Akwa Ibom

Job Role / Responsibilities

  • Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers
  • Escalate all exceptions for resolution
  • Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • 0 - 2 years relevant experience
