Newedge Finance Limited is a Fintech organazation. It renders financial services majorly in form of Nano Loans to the public. some of our products are: Palmcredit, Newcredit, Easybuy, e.t.c.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain accounts by recording account information
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
• Receiving calls and attending to customers complaints and also proffering adequate solution
• Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information
• Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions, participating in educational opportunities.
• Determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
• Updating account information

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
• 1 year work experience.

Salary

• N20,000 - N40,000 monthly.
