Newedge Finance Limited is a Fintech organization. It renders financial services majorly in form of Nano Loans to the public. some of our products are Palmcredit, New credit, Easybuy, e.t.c.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain accounts by recording account information
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
• Determining the cause of the problem, Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
• Updating account information
• Receiving calls and attending to customers complain and also proffering adequate solution
• Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information
• Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions, participating in educational opportunities.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree or HND qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.

Salary
N40,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
