Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
• Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues
• Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems.
• Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an NCE / OND / SSCE qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.

Remuneration
N40,000 - N50,000 Salary Monthly.
