Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Victoria Island Lagos,
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls on behalf of the organization
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information Maintains customer records by constant update account information.
• Acts as the first point of contact on behalf of the organization
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint
• In charge of the companies social media Facebook, twitter account Attend to customers inquiries/queries on company’s services
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
• Any other job assigned by management.

Qualification and Requirements

• Minimum of OND / Degree in a relevant field
• Good command of English language
• Good interpersonal skills
• Candidate must reside in Lagos.
• Computer skills is an added advantage
• Previous experience working in the Telecommunication and Hotel Chain industry is highly desired
